Just One Night [Ghoul Hunt]

Kenta knew the silence couldn't remain for long. Of course it couldn't. There was bound to be some Ghoul that would come through looking for a meal and of course they had to be the kind that were not very discreet about it. He only wishes he'd caught wind of them sooner, no doubt he was already too late to help or save the victim of whoever this new Ghoul was.

Unfortunately he didn't that the Ghoul in question was already aware of his presence and was watching him as he stalked the dark quiet streets for the Ghoul. She hadn't known that there were others here but she wasn't worried as they seemed to be the more shy types as he wore a silly mask.

She never understood that. Why hide? There was nothing the humans could do to them. Either way, she wasn't going to let this coward ruin her hunt. So she continues to stalk him from the shadows, waiting for her perfect opportunity to strike.

• Agile Movement^Minor - A Character with this Trait person can run along walls for short distances and dance or jump around obstacles with ease. This is due to long training by running from pursuers and can be quite useful when avoiding attacks. This Character is able to comfortably Dodge an additional attack every other post, without exerting Stamina to do so.
• Fleet Footed^Minor - Years of dexterity and nimbleness defined you. You possess a supernatural agility even among your peers. When scaling vertical distances, treat your Speed as one rank lower, to a minimum of C-Rank. Additionally, when falling from a great height, rolling upon hitting the ground absorbs the force of the impact. Reduce injuries sustained from falling by one Rank. If this would reduce the rank of the injuries below C-Rank, you suffer none.
• Human Lover^Major - Kenta often sympathizes and sides with Humans when it comes to conflicts between the two species. He will often socialize and bond quickly with humans, even if the possibility of his identity is at risk. When Kenta has obtained a B-Ranked Social benefit with Human characters, he can treat his Social Benefit (and only his own) with them as one rank higher. However, should the Humans show that they're accepting of Kenta being a ghoul then the Humans can also treat their Social benefit with him as one rank higher.

• Sharpened^Minor - While most bladed kagune and quinque are inherently sharper than your average weapons, a weapon with this trait is even more so especially to the point that it is quite effective at slicing through RC-type weaponry. When a kagune or quinque is hit by a weapon with this trait due to it being defended against, the defender and the defender's weapon will suffer three-quarters of the wounds that an attack would normally leave on a target. (i.e. if hit by a S-Ranked Strength attack the, the defender and their weapon will suffer one A-Ranked and one B-Ranked wounds.)

Kagune Appearance:
Koukaku appears as shield of interlinking oval shields that sprouts her right shoulder. It's 6 feet long and 3 feet wide.

Rinkaku appears as two, thin, twenty foot long tendtrils with spikes on the ends of them.

Minor Weapon Trait (Kagune):
Koukaku

• Sturdy - A Weapon with this Trait is exceptionally sturdy when compared to others. While manifested, the user's Resilience is treated as one Rank higher than usual (on top of Kagune bonuses if applicable) for the purposes of Weapon Durability, but this weapon, under any circumstances, cannot be used for an attack.
• Light - A Weapon with this Trait is noticeably lighter than the what it would otherwise appear to be. When using this Weapon the user can use Strength, minus two, in place of Speed for how quickly the weapon can be used. All other applications of Speed remain the same.

Rinkaku

• Serrated - A Weapon with this Trait is serrated, and is able to inflict bleeding wounds on a target. When hit from this weapon, a target suffers one C-Rank wound every post, for three posts.
• Lengthy - A weapon with this trait is longer than normal, extending the range of the weapon by an additional 50% of the original range.

Major Character Trait:

• Sensory Expert - [Upgrades from "Sensory Specialist"] A Character with this Trait has taken the time to hone their senses further beyond an extraordinary level, allowing them to hear and distinguish the differences between all sounds within fifty feet of them, even on the fly. Characters with this Trait can make use of it to determine the exact positions of objects or people through walls, hearing nearby heartbeats, etc.

Minor Character Trait:

• Like A Shadow - A character with this trait has spent a long time learning how to move quietly and remain hidden. This makes them harder to detect and make less sound when performing actions.
