Although they try their best to maintain the mess that is their hair, their efforts are usually for naught. Below their hair, they have rosy cheeks and plump lips. A small button like nose and round ears finishes off their face.
Long eyelashes and soft eyebrows surround their wide lavender colored eyes. Beneath their eyes are dark bags from a multitude of nights with no rest. Depending on how they feel, Wynne will sometimes attempt to cover up the eyebags with makeup, but usually doesn't bother unless its for a specific occasion. The natural look on their face is usually one of curiosity or nervousness. Wynne also possesses a soft and soothing voice, making it a pleasure to listen to them speak.
Wynne's work clothing consists of a long black robe that tapers off around their calf. Beneath the robe is a tight black undershirt and shorts. On the end of their sleeves are large white cuff-links and a tall white collar around their neck. On their feet they wear socks that stretch up to their calves and over those black boots. Their casual clothing consists of clothing that cover the majority of their body such as long sleeved shirts, long skirts, or skinny jeans that accentuates their curves. Around their waist they keep a fanny pack which holds a variety of important things they might need. While they are proud of their body, they still don't like to show it off due to their nerves.
Personality:
Wynne has a caring, studious personality. They care for their friends deeply and will have their backs through thick and thin. They are sensitive to how others feel and can easily empathize with them. Be they ghouls or humans. Species doesn't really matter for them. This does have the effect of making them impressionable, but that's a sacrifice they're willing to take.
Wynne has a love for learning and creating new things. Be it something as simple as a small device or something as complex as a Quinque. They could spend the whole day studying how these things work and still not get bored. The call to create is something they can't resist and often spends hours at a time working on whatever project they currently have going on. Often losing sleep because of it.
When they talk with others, Wynne treats them politely and with respect. However if someone is rude to them or their friends, they treat that person the same way they treat them. Their motto is to treat others the way they treat you. Someone who doesn’t respect you doesn’t deserve to be respected. They are stubborn in sticking up for their friends and won't hesitate to side with them, even if they are in the wrong. Their friends are the world to them.
If they meet someone with a more dominant personality, Wynne will let them take control of the conversation. Only speaking up when there is an opportunity. They become even more soft spoken when the speaker is a woman, since they become worried they’ll do something embarrassing and make a fool of themselves. A strong spoken person can easily inspire Wynne and have them do their absolute best while someone cruel can make them want to curl up and die.
In a tense situation the first thing Wynne will try to do is de-escalate it. Nothing good comes from coworkers arguing with each other, especially in their line of work. Instead they should spend all that negative energy on improving themselves or fighting ghouls. They don't like yelling as it makes them nervous, so stopping such a situation from happening in the first place is something they will attempt to do. They are already almost always anxious and nervous, so they don't need any worrying situations adding to that.
Wynne's favorite type of food are things that have a fruity sort of flavor, with strawberry being their favorite. They don't really like spicy food as it usually hurts their sensitive tongue. Fruit flavored drinks or smoothies are their favorite thing to have in the morning on their way to work. Peppermint tea is their absolute favorite drink as it helps calms their nerves and makes them feel relaxed. Something that they rarely feel.
If someone needs a helping hand, Wynne will provide assistance as long as they are able too, be they humans or ghouls. Being kind to others is in their nature, so helping those in their time of need is a natural instinct for them. Everyone has their own story, so who are they to judge? It also helps them in their goal to find friends. Being nice to people always has a benefit compared to the opposite. A little kindness can go a long way and you never know when you might need someone else's help.
Wynne's mentality isn't black and white and they understand that some people do bad things for the right reasons. The CCG for instance help protect the public from dangerous ghouls, but also had a hand in their torture that the CCG considered training when they were young. This leads them to having a love hate relationship with their job. The CCG is needed, even if some of their methods are wrong. While they understand the point of laws and rules, sometimes they have to be broken to do what is right. No one can decide what is right for them besides themselves.
Dislikes:
1) Rudeness: Wynne doesn't like people who are needlessly difficult and refuse to show others the most basic amount of respect. It doesn't take much to be polite and it tells a lot about the other person when they're unwilling to perform such a simple task. It's not hard to just hold your tongue when you want to say something rash. Sure discipline is needed for such a thing, but that's to be expected. You can't always say what's on your mind.
2) Fighting: While they understand the need for it, Wynne doesn't enjoy fighting. Killing others isn't something to be proud of, even if its required in their line of work. People only have one life, and taking such a thing away should only be done when there are no other options left. Even for ghouls. Not all battles have to end with the other opponent dying. Some do, but not all.
3) Loneliness: Wynne despises being alone as their thoughts tend to take a downwards spiral when such a situation occurs. Even if their not the most energetic or conversational person, they still prefers being around others. Being alone reminds them of their past and causes their scars to hurt. No one should be alone if they don't have to be.
4) Silence: There needs to be something on Wynne's mind, whether it be new ideas for projects or something work related. When nothing occupies their mind, they start thinking about irrational situations and come up with new horrors which evolve into more sleepless nights for them. Because of this, Wynne usually listens to music whenever they can to keep the negative thoughts away.
5) Scars: Because of their training when they were young, Wynne possesses several scars across their body, which they tend to hide with their clothing. They hate how they look and the fact that they were forced to have them to begin with. It reminds them of darker days they wished they could forget. And their scars tend to hurt after their nightmares, leaving them with more hate for the wretched things.
Likes:
1) Helping: Being kind and helping others no matter who they are was instilled onto Wynne by their mother when they were young. Making someone else's day more worthwhile brings them a sense of peace and contentment. If everyone helps each other, the world would be a better place. How can you expect help when you yourself are not willing to help? Be the change you want to see in the world.
2) Women: Wynne likes women, dominant ones to be more specific. Since they don't like taking charge, they prefer someone else to lead them and feel more comfortable around those they feel can protect them. Because of their past, they want to feel safe and protected. Protected from their nightmares and their haunting past that always seems to follow them, no matter what they do.
3) Creating: Wynne likes creating and crafting things, be it herbal remedies or making their own weapons. There is something about the process of thinking, developing, and finishing projects such as these that speak to them. The whole experience is a pleasure to them and the majority of their time is spent on working on projects such as these. That's how their weapon Serenity was made and they can't wait to make more like it.
4) Quinque: Without Quinque, Wynne's fight against ghouls would turn out quite different, leading to them taking an interest in them. There are so many different types of Quinque, making almost all of them unique. Wynne one day hopes to uncover all the secrets these weapons hold inside of them. Quinque such as Serenity can be used to heal, while others can be used to capture or harm. Each one is versatile and can have quite a range of effects.
5) Friends: Having people they can confide in and hang out with would bring Wynne nothing but joy. Having someone to discuss their hobbies or thoughts with means the world to them. Close friends are just as good as family. And since their mother is the only family they have, Wynne often longs for more. Friends also help with the loneliness, and there's no downsides to having them!
Flaws:
1) Impressionable: Wynne can easily be swayed by those with a stronger personality and is susceptible to being tricked. All they need is for something to sound reasonable, and they'll be down to help in any way that they can. Part of it is because of their mindset, and part of it is because of their longing for friends. Impressionable at best, naïve at worst. Still, they made it this far, so they must be doing something right.
2) Sensitive: Wynne takes everything at face value, so even a little insult can cause them emotional pain. A mere joke can cause their feelings to get hurt and ruin their mood for the day. They are just a bundle of nerves and their emotions can go through drastic changes in just a few moments. The effect is even worse from people they look up to.
3) Dedicated: Wynne tries their best at everything they do. They go over and beyond what they normally need to do, often causing them to lose sleep and overwork their body because of it. They don't understand the concept of stopping and will usually pursue their goal until completion, even if they should've taken breaks along the way.
4) Loyal To A Fault: Wynne's close friends mean the world to them, and they'll stick by them through thick or thin. Even if their friends are in the wrong, they won't hesitate to take their side, regardless of the consquences. That's what friends are for. They don't give out their loyalty for free, and those that have it will have it forever.
5) Mindset: Wynne's mindset is different than most and they don't see things in the same way others see them. For instance, most of their coworkers have a hate for ghouls due to what they are and what they do. In their case, they don't really care either way. They can't find it in themselves to hate ghouls for doing things they are required to do. They must kill humans to feed, no other option is available for them. Should they hate them for such a thing?

Wynne has a supportive ranged fighting style. Due to their personality and skillset, it was only natural that they pursued such a style. Peppering their enemies with attacks from a range is their go to strategy. If they get too close, they’ll attempt to make distance and if this isn't possible they'll fight at close range. Fighting at close range is a last resort for them since the majority of the time, ghouls will have an advantage over them at that range. They are also not that sturdy, so any type of wound will hurt them.
When they fight at close range, Wynne goes for quick biting attacks rather than relying on slow strong ones. Seeing as how they are incapable of performing the latter. They know their strength is lacking, so annoying their enemy and creating distance is the way to go. Rather than block attacks, Wynne prefers to avoid them since they aren't that durable.
When Wynne fights an unknown opponent, they'll take the fight slow so they can learn all about their new foe. There's no point in going all out from the beginning when your opponent's capabilities are a mystery. Each battle is a learning experience, and they hope to learn and improve from each fight they participate in. They also prefer to try to capture their opponents rather than outright try to kill them.
When fighting with a group, Wynne will stand back and support their allies, providing them with support fire or medical aid. They’ll help defend them and annoy their enemies by distracting them with their long ranged attacks. Hindering their opponents is their overall goal in fights such as these and the more annoyance they can cause them the better. All it takes is one opportunity for the battle to go in your favor, and they aim to create that opportunity.
If there are multiple opponents, Wynne will attack the weakest and then work their way up. Getting rid of the small fry is one of their preferred strategies so they can focus on the real problem after. If their attacks don't seem to be doing any damage, they'll attempt to do something unorthodox in order to break the stalemate. Everyone has a weakness, it just needs to be revealed.
If Wynne is fighting a persistent opponent, they'll attempt to have an ally take their place while they support them from behind. Being the main target on the battlefield is something they'll try to avoid at all cost seeing as how they are quite squishy. Being the center of attention would only harm them. Their home is in the back lines.
History:
Like most Half-Humans, Wynne was born with a ghoul father and a human mother through the Sunlit Garden project. Naturally being born in such a facility meant their childhood wasn't like most. The "Gifted Children" born in this program were created specifically to be child soldiers. A normal life was not an option for ones such as them. They were created to fight against ghouls and serve the CCG. And they would do what they were born to do, no matter how they felt about it. Such was the way of things.
Wynne never knew their father. They never even got a glimpse of them and the only thing they knew about him was from what their mother told them. Their parents weren't married the three of them could only be loosely called a family. Their father was basically a prisoner whose only purpose was to help create more Half-Humans, so even if Wynne wanted to meet him, being able to actually do so would be almost impossible. And judging from the things their mother told them, they weren't missing out on much. Their father wasn't a good person, even for a ghoul. The actions he did in the past were heinous and unforgivable and the only reason he was kept alive was because he was useful.
Wynne's childhood years growing up were spent training and studying. They lived in dorm rooms filled with other children just like them, bred for the purpose of serving the CCG. Their days were rough, forced to perform grueling training and being punished severely for a single mistake. Perfection was required. Performing an exercise wrong or failing an assignment would lead to beatings which helped "toughen" the children. Or they would be locked in a dark room with no light in order to think on their mistakes. As they grew older, the punishments got more unique and crueler, eventually causing the scars they had on them to this day.
And while their training was painful, it did help them improve quickly, which was probably the main reason the CCG did such a thing. Wynne was pitted against their fellow dormmates, be it in rights or solving riddles. The losers would get punished, providing incentive for the children to try their best. They were trained with a variety of weapons that they might use when they became investigators and studied how ghouls worked. To be able to defeat their enemies, they themselves must know them. Especially since they too were part ghouls. They might not have a Kagune, but they were still more than human.
The only bright moments of Wynne's childhood was when they were allowed to visit their mother. It was here where their helpful personality was found and honed. Their mother taught them morals and how helping others was betting than harming them. Sure ghouls had to hunt humans, but it was similar to how humans hunted animals. There were bad ghouls and there were bad humans. Neither of them were inherently evil. It was an unique perspective on the matter, but one that helped craft Wynne's current mindset. They would hunt down ghouls if they were ordered to, but they wouldn't do it with glee and a sense of righteousness like some of their dormmates did.
Throughout the years, Wynne found that they had a love for crafting and creating things. This led to them making their own Quinque and items that would help them in the field. Not only did they have something to occupy their time, but the items they created also helped them live longer. And at the age of 18, they were finally able to leave the Sunlit Garden dorms and live in their own apartment. Sure it was small, but it was theirs. And that was something they could be proud of.
Due to how their body worked, Wynne's body aged at a rapid rate. This helped their muscles grow and allowed them to study better, but came at the price of a reduced lifespan. They wouldn't live as long as humans did and would more than likely be dead at 50. Assuming they weren't killed by ghouls before then. That meant at their current age of 21, they were almost halfway done with their life. Not a thing they wanted at the forefront of their mind. But despite these setbacks, Wynne still wanted to make the world a better place while they could. And they would use all the time they had left in order to do so.
Thanks to their skill in inventing and using just the right ghoul for their Quinque, Wynne was able to create their favorite weapon Serenity. Although it can't harm others, it has a more important role on the battlefield. That of buffing themselves or others. This weapon allows them to make up for their or their allies shortcomings. Allowing more investigators who fight ghouls to be able to survive and continue their role as protectors. They are proud of their creation and feel a sense of pride every time they use the weapon on battle.

If their attacks don't seem to be doing any damage, they'll attempt to do something unorthodox in order to break the stalemate. Everyone has a weakness, it just needs to be revealed.
If Wynne is fighting a persistent opponent, they'll attempt to have an ally take their place while they support them from behind. Being the main target on the battlefield is something they'll try to avoid at all cost seeing as how they are quite squishy. Being the center of attention would only harm them. Their home is in the back lines.
History:
Like most Half-Humans, Wynne was born with a ghoul father and a human mother through the Sunlit Garden project. Naturally being born in such a facility meant their childhood wasn't like most. The "Gifted Children" born in this program were created specifically to be child soldiers. A normal life was not an option for ones such as them. They were created to fight against ghouls and serve the CCG. And they would do what they were born to do, no matter how they felt about it. Such was the way of things.
Wynne never knew their father. They never even got a glimpse of them and the only thing they knew about him was from what their mother told them. Their parents weren't married the three of them could only be loosely called a family. Their father was basically a prisoner whose only purpose was to help create more Half-Humans, so even if Wynne wanted to meet him, being able to actually do so would be almost impossible. And judging from the things their mother told them, they weren't missing out on much. Their father wasn't a good person, even for a ghoul. The actions he did in the past were heinous and unforgivable and the only reason he was kept alive was because he was useful.
Wynne's childhood years growing up were spent training and studying. They lived in dorm rooms filled with other children just like them, bred for the purpose of serving the CCG. Their days were rough, forced to perform grueling training and being punished severely for a single mistake. Perfection was required. Performing an exercise wrong or failing an assignment would lead to beatings which helped "toughen" the children. Or they would be locked in a dark room with no light in order to think on their mistakes. As they grew older, the punishments got more unique and crueler, eventually causing the scars they had on them to this day.
And while their training was painful, it did help them improve quickly, which was probably the main reason the CCG did such a thing. Wynne was pitted against their fellow dormmates, be it in rights or solving riddles. The losers would get punished, providing incentive for the children to try their best. They were trained with a variety of weapons that they might use when they became investigators and studied how ghouls worked. To be able to defeat their enemies, they themselves must know them. Especially since they too were part ghouls. They might not have a Kagune, but they were still more than human.
The only bright moments of Wynne's childhood was when they were allowed to visit their mother. It was here where their helpful personality was found and honed. Their mother taught them morals and how helping others was betting than harming them. Sure ghouls had to hunt humans, but it was similar to how humans hunted animals. There were bad ghouls and there were bad humans. Neither of them were inherently evil. It was an unique perspective on the matter, but one that helped craft Wynne's current mindset. They would hunt down ghouls if they were ordered to, but they wouldn't do it with glee and a sense of righteousness like some of their dormmates did.
Throughout the years, Wynne found that they had a love for crafting and creating things. This led to them making their own Quinque and items that would help them in the field. Not only did they have something to occupy their time, but the items they created also helped them live longer. And at the age of 18, they were finally able to leave the Sunlit Garden dorms and live in their own apartment. Sure it was small, but it was theirs. And that was something they could be proud of.
Due to how their body worked, Wynne's body aged at a rapid rate. This helped their muscles grow and allowed them to study better, but came at the price of a reduced lifespan. They wouldn't live as long as humans did and would more than likely be dead at 50. Assuming they weren't killed by ghouls before then. That meant at their current age of 21, they were almost halfway done with their life. Not a thing they wanted at the forefront of their mind. But despite these setbacks, Wynne still wanted to make the world a better place while they could. And they would use all the time they had left in order to do so.
Thanks to their skill in inventing and using just the right ghoul for their Quinque, Wynne was able to create their favorite weapon Serenity. Although it can't harm others, it has a more important role on the battlefield. That of buffing themselves or others. This weapon allows them to make up for their or their allies shortcomings. Allowing more investigators who fight ghouls to be able to survive and continue their role as protectors. They are proud of their creation and feel a sense of pride every time they use the weapon on battle.

Serenity takes on the form of a small pistol-like gun that shoots beneficial projectiles and is unable to harm. While normally wielded with one hand, it can be comfortably shot with two if the need arises. The color of the weapon is a mixture of pink and black and is easy to carry.
