Age: 23
Birthday: March 12th
Blood Type: B+
Height/Weight: 5’8” = 1.524 meters 152lbs = 68.946 kilograms
Personal Rank: C Rank
Face Claim: Maya Natsume from Tenjou Tenge
Appearance: Shioon is a young woman with a thin, toned waist with perhaps the biggest eye-catching piece being the lines that go from her hips down in the shape of a V. Her skin is very pale while her hair surpasses it even just a little by being a silver that shines very bright in any light. Her hair reaches down to her shoulders usually unless tied up. The most defining aspect of her hair though are the strands that reach upwards and then down resembling arches. Shioon is blessed by her own words with ridiculously large breasts that must be proof of God otherwise no human would possess them. (G-cupped)
A very thin frame that one could call a bean pole if it hadn’t filled out several years ago. From her physical training and eating habits along with good genetics Shioon has the body of a model without trying to seek it out specifically. Wide hips and long legs continue to catch the eye of most men. Beyond the sexual allure though Shioon has emerald colored eyes while usually painting her nails either pink or green. Her clothing ranges depending on what she’s doing at the moment like most individuals.
While on a case as an Agent of CCG Shioon wears the same sort of overly large white coat as everyone else. She wears her coat buttoned up with only the top two buttoned undone revealing the top of her neck. Beneath her coat though Shioon doesn’t wear a shirt instead concealing her breasts with a sort of combat bra. The bra is made of black leather with straps that go back under her arms and over her shoulders then clip together in the center of her back. She wears black leather pants that have become tight on her skin. These pants have front pockets with the only noticeable design being a bat at the tailbone. Lastly she wears a silver belt around her waist with a CCG emblem on the back.
An alternate outfit that Shioon prefers to wear when riding her motorcycle is a matching set of coat and pants made from leather with an emerald Asian dragon flying down the sides on all four limbs. She still wears her black boots and silver CCG belt. The coat conceals the majority of her upper body with the only exception being her upper back which she keeps partially open with the zipper down. The cost zips up from the back, but is kept open down just past her shoulder blades.
When not working Shioon is the sort to just chill out with her outfits normally wearing jeans and a t-shirt with just a typical pair of undergarments beneath although during hot weather she usually will wear a swimsuit instead. Lastly should it be cold out Shioon has a dark brown fur one piece suit that still hugs her body, but keeps her warm. Although it’s similar to a one piece suit it feels more like pajamas while appealing more like a dress. A soft and comfortable piece for certain.
Personality:
Humans: The common people of the planet that have claimed it over the other beasts as their own, the race that had turned the primal environment into cities that touch the edge of Heaven. Humans have changed the very way things work, the only ones that have had such an impact. Every time something new happens it’s usually because of them. Believing humans have the greatest potential along with doing the greatest good not just for themselves but in general. Shioon is not the idolized woman for most as she tends to be loud, proud and bad mouthed having a love for firearms, rock and other things associated with degenerates.
This doesn't hide the bad that they're capable of doing either though, something that Shioon is very critical of in others. Those that do bad things whether they be small or big lose a lot of trust which can result in Shioon outright refusing to give them help. She's someone that gives you either all of nothing based on how she feels about you so you better try to stay on her good side. Her approach to individuals is definitely something that one could call strange or two faced. Always remaining nice and considerate of children while weary and critical of adults. One to know where her physical features stand based on the gaze of others Shioon is one to take full advantage of her looks, flirting with anyone that she believes she can gain something from only so long as she can benefit from it in a worthy way.
Although she uses her looks to her benefit while keeping herself for the most part shut off personally from others Shioon does eventually want to come across someone she believes is worthy of her. A man that is intelligent, kind yet powerful and protective. One thing that she hates is meathead speak yet curses herself as she's attracted to meatheads more than any other body type. Scrawny, short or lengthy men are the sort that Shioon will often make a visible negative expression towards if they get to close to her. That or will simply exclaim "Disappointing."
Ghouls: The separate species that for the most part looks identical to humans. The monster species that can only survive by feeding on individuals capable of greatness. They’re the vermin that feed off the possibilities of the future halting progress whenever they take the life of a human. A risk to the human species as a whole that should above all else be eradicated from existence. Trusting them is unwise as they’re ruled like a savage animal by their hunger. Although they’re able to think for themselves and some integrate themselves successfully into human society, that is a small fracture of their species as a whole and thus doesn’t possess the necessary value to warrant not destroying them all as a whole.
Politicians: The sort of individuals that Shioon trusts as little as she would a Ghoul, the scum of the Human race that just continue to prove themselves to be fake and against the best interest of everyone no matter how many chances they get.
Likes:
Nicknames: One thing that Shioon doesn’t just enjoy doing, but will actually do without really meaning too. This is just something that often pops into her head whenever discussing things that she may enjoy or potentially just what she sees or hears happening around her, oftentimes giving assignments or Ghouls names whether they’re official or not.
Competition: Shioon is one that thrives when put up against anything else whether it be a game or different individual. If there is some form of comparison against someone else then she not only will focus on it more, but usually does much better than if she were doing it alone.
Rain: Perhaps the only form of weather that Shioon actually can say she enjoys. The sound that it makes along with the sensation that it gives when she stands in it. While others run through the rain to their destination Shioon is the sort to walk with a smile on her face.
Chocolate: Yeah, yeah a woman that enjoys the taste of chocolate. Nothing out of the ordinary yet all the same it’s one thing that Shioon really likes to have at least once every few days. She especially likes it when combined with peanut butter or cherries. Whenever Shioon is carrying something with a bit of extra space it’s a safe bet that there will be some sort of chocolate inside.
Rock Music: Everyone has a favorite style of music and for Shioon that’s a lot of classic rock n roll. Favoring some of the much older groups that have retired at this point such as Zed Zeppelin, Metallica, Black Sabbath, etc. That doesn’t mean she only likes that era though as she’s also a fan of Disturbed, Bullet for my Valentine, Papa Roach, etc.
Muscle Cars/Motorcycles: Just something about the way that these things move, The sound that they make, the energy they give off isn’t like anything else. She typically likes older cars, but even modern Chargers are something that she enjoys. When it comes to bikes he prefers a nice pinhead but isn’t opposed to anything.
Dislikes:
Ghouls: The species that Shioon believes should be wiped out completely. It doesn’t matter that some of them manage to integrate into human society when the vast majority of them are more damaging to us than savage animals back during the Stone Age. They’re a virus that if left unchecked could very well wipe out all of humanity. A textbook definition of either them or us situation. The greater good is something that Shioon has to trust in and because of they she allows the notion to guide her when wiping out this entire species of vermin.
Smoking: Why does smoking smell so bad? One thing that Shioon really hates, usually refusing to be near anyone doing it. Even when dealing with something important if someone in the same room begins to smoke she isn’t the sort to hold back her disgust. Normally one to walk up and take the cigarette from someone else’s mouth and throw it in the ground.
Excuses: One thing that Shioon really can’t stand whether it be coming from something major or the most minor thing ever, never make an excuse, if you lose you lose because you didn’t want it enough. It doesn’t matter if you were outnumbered, overwhelmed or even outmatched, if you lost it means you weren’t good enough so just accept it and move forward.
Ignorance: Ttt hi ode everyday humans that just continue living their lives as if the Ghouls don’t affect them, as if they just ignore the fact Ghouls exist nothing bad could happen to them. The sort of humans that either need to be enlightened through pain or cast aside to make the whole stronger. Everyone should be aware of the most dangerous things and thus if they’re not they’re stupid. When it comes to other things not pertaining to Ghouls, Shioon is more laxed understanding that no one can be knowledgeable on all things although certain things will still result in her believing others to be idiotic.
Cowards: The individuals that run when things get too dangerous, the agents of the CCG that shouldn’t have been given the resources nor time necessary to train them. Shioon harbors an intense disdain for these individuals having no respect towards them and veiling them as trash. Going against her own belief that dying in battle is the most honorable manner of death, these people are those that Shioon wouldn’t bother to save nor believe to be a benefit to society. Once she views someone in this way it’s next to impossible to change her mind.
Dishonesty: As someone that is incredibly blunt and to the point Shioon doesn’t view lying as necessary. Believing it to be a tool of the weak or ill prepared. When you need someone, use what you have at your disposal whether it be your looks, actions, skills or knowledge, but to lie and use nothing, but the ignorance of others is an insult to everyone you possess. Almost like choosing to write in blood when you have a pen in your pocket.
Small Spaces: Who likes to be in confined spaces with barely enough room to move especially when you know of the evils in the world? Well Shioon does not like the idea of being trapped inside of anything or even being inside of a super small space where a ghoul can easily gain the upper hand.
Crying Opponents: Seriously, these people don’t even deserve to be called soldiers. Those that beg for death don’t deserve the glory of dying in battle. They don’t deserve to be saved by someone stronger than them. They’re a weakness that’s been allowed to survive off the back of society. They’re needless weight on a system and above all else something that gives Ghouls a meaningful purpose. These things altogether make Shioon sick often leaving them immediately without aid or simply attacking them without remorse out of disgust.
Fears:
Fire: Yeah not the best thing to be afraid of when you’re a soldier on the frontlines, but something about a force that can certainly end you in one of the most painful ways possible and you can’t push it away or kill it with a weapon, well Shioon prefers to stay away from any of significant size. She isn’t the sort to freeze up in terror at the mere sight, but this is one of the few things that can cause her to lose focus and affect her emotionally whether she’s in a battle or not.
Flaws: Trust: Shioon isn’t the type to trust others easily or at all for that matter. She does what she’s ordered to do by the CCG because she believes that what they do is for the betterment of the human species. That doesn’t mean she trusts those above her, the main reason for this is due to the fact she doesn’t believe others are as determined or steadfast in the war against Ghouls. Once someone has proven themselves to her though Shioon is incredibly loyal and friendly.
Blunt: No filter present, a woman that isn’t afraid of what comes from her mouth. Not someone to take an insult without giving one right back nor to receive an unwanted advance without giving out an unwanted injury to complete the transaction. Shioon isn’t the sort to accept the help of those weaker than herself, usually telling them to just stay back otherwise they’ll put her in danger. Constantly calling out individuals in areas where they fall behind or lack something important. Not one to avoid hitting below the belt Shioon isn’t prim nor proper and won’t let you forget that fact.
Temper: The sort of woman that will fly off the handle should someoene insult her or do something she believes to be stupid. One could say this is her most defining emotion as it’s the one that can overpower all others at a moment's notice. The sort of thing that could get her in trouble due to it influencing her actions against virtually anyone whether they be her boss or not.
Solo Player: Doesn’t play well with others without a serious reason. This is perhaps her most dangerous aspect as she isn’t the sort to double team an enemy unless absolutely necessary. She doesn’t enjoy teamwork, viewing it as an insult to her own capabilities. She’s the sort of individual that would rather play against an entire team alone than just play with others. The only time that she’s willing to put this aside is when she’s aware she’s not enough against someone dangerous enough to cause extreme damage to human society. Putting aside her own feelings for the betterment of the human species.
Easily Overheated: One thing that Shioon has attempted to fix about herself yet still eludes her is the simple fact that she tends to get hot during a fair amount of situations. During a summer setting or even during a fight her body tends to sweat quite a bit which can lead to her losing out of stamina or suffer from accelerated breathing. Her choice of clothing doesn’t always help her yet the knowledge that she could be nude and it wouldn’t solve the issue pushes her to just wear what she likes regardless of how heated it makes her feel.
Fighting Style:
Melee: When facing off against a human Shioon isn’t the sort to normally bare her weapons instead choosing to go about it bare fisted. In that sort of situation she isn’t above using cheap tactics to win, oftentimes employing a street fighting sort of mentality as opposed to the strict style one might expect from a member of the CCG. Hitting wounds, pulling hair, gouging eyes, etc are all things that Shioon has no issue using if it means she can win without killing them.
When it comes to Ghouls though Shioon doesn’t hold back employing her Quinque right from the start. The lengthy sword grants her the edge that she uses in battle to overwhelm her foes. The extra range from the long blade allows her to reach most foes before they have the chance to do the same or when against a Ghoul gives her enough of a distance that it normally matches off against the Kagune. She isn’t the sort to play games or wittile them down, not someone to let her guard down and thus eliminate them as swiftly as possible with extreme prejudice.
Although she doesn’t like to wittile down foes one thing that Shioon will do against those who possess a vastly more potent body than herself is target the limbs. Specifically the legs whether in melee or range Shioon goes for the lower appendages to limit movement giving her the chance to end the battle by taking away the advantage. One thing remains the same when she fights a Ghoul, Shioon doesn’t underestimate them and will decapitate any and all she comes across in order to ensure they’re truly deceased.
Distance: Watching, learning and adapting to foes that may be fighting others at the moment, a scouting strategy that Shioon honestly doesn’t like all that much, but has faith in and employers routinely when she’s in a dangerous area. Should she be tasked with eliminating a Ghoul though she’ll keep herself low to the ground while doing her best to secure a headshot. Should one be unavailable she tends to aim for the legs in the hopes to drop the target and then swiftly end them with a follow up shot.
Should a foe charge after her Shioon isn’t one to run watching the movements and plotting out the information she can gather with her eyes. Shooting them in an unhasty manner while she doesn’t her best to eliminate the target before it can get into melee range. When faced with multiple foes at once Shioon will aim to eliminate more than a single target per shot, shooting at areas of the body that have the highest chance of passing through and into the second target wounding them both.

Traits:
Major Trait - Perfect Vision: Training from a young age to never let her guard down, Shioon is able to process all visual information easily even during combat. Even peripheral vision is clear instead of slightly blurred or unfocused giving her eyesight a range of clarity that enables her a wider range of awareness.
Minor Trait - Durable: Characters with this trait are more durable than the average ghoul or human they would be compared to. While more characters can sustain up to their Resiliency + 1 C rank wound before dying/passing out, this character is capable of further punishment before being knocked out. The character now requires Resiliency + 1 B rank wound before dying/passing out.
Starting Quinque:
Name: Invalidator
Rank: A
RC-Type: Koukaku
Description: An unusual quinque compared to many others at first glance for the simple fact that this sword doesn’t have the sort of strange, almost alien-like design like many others. Instead the most eye-catching thing about it is the fact it’s actually incredibly lengthy, the sort of weapon originally meant to be used in a field during war. The blade is slightly curved yet the craftsmanship shines in the sunlight even brighter than Shioon’s hair. The sheath and hilt wrap are both a deep almost maroon red in color. There is no crossguard, with a tattered white cloth spiraling down it. When the blade comes in contact with RC cells it glows bright, the silver blade actually appearing as if it were made of light itself for a few moments afterwards.
Traits:
A Weapon with this Trait is able to produce an additional copy of itself, or an additional Kagune/blade of a similar shape. Ukaku, Koukaku, and Bikaku gain one additional Kagune/blade, while Rinkaku gains two. These additional Kagune/blades don't provide any statistical benefits, and simply function as an additional Kagune/blade with the same statistics and traits.
Cost: 500
[li]
A rather unusual ability compliments to the Ghoul who was born to hunt other Ghouls. This sword should it break through the durability of anything formed from RC cells causing the cells themselves to disperse resulting in the formation breaking apart with the appearance of black smoke. Kagune that suffer this effect can’t be reformed for the following 2 posts.

Traits:
- Trait Name Numerous
A Weapon with this Trait is able to produce an additional copy of itself, or an additional Kagune/blade of a similar shape. Ukaku, Koukaku, and Bikaku gain one additional Kagune/blade, while Rinkaku gains two. These additional Kagune/blades don't provide any statistical benefits, and simply function as an additional Kagune/blade with the same statistics and traits.
Cost: 500

A rather unusual ability compliments to the Ghoul who was born to hunt other Ghouls. This sword should it break through the durability of anything formed from RC cells causing the cells themselves to disperse resulting in the formation breaking apart with the appearance of black smoke. Kagune that suffer this effect can’t be reformed for the following 2 posts.
Cost: 1000
