Yomi stood atop the tower of a building, his silver fox mask covering all but his mouth, the glimmer of it shining against the lights beaming up at him from the city below. He stood at five foot ten in his pure white robe, seeming to shine itself against the black night skyline behind him. He was frowning but the right cheek of his mask wore a grin, cheekily placed upon it's silver surface. The pointed ears stood tall from the top of his mask and as he watched the ground below, he smelled the air. He needed to make an example of this Ghoul he was hunting if he was to claim this territory and establish the rule of law. No kids. This Ghoul disobeyed this rule constantly, and Yomi knew this would be a target that would make it very clear to any Ghoul thinking this to be the normal prey.
Yomi stepped forward, slipping off the edge of the building with ease. He had been practicing this, with much smaller buildings yes, but this time he knew he could handle this height. He danced his feet along the wide of the building, finding little foot holds where the glass windows met steel. He would use these edges to quickly decelerate but not allow himself to get completely caught against the edge and trip. When he got close enough to the ground, Yomi would slam his foot against the steel edge, stopping himself completely and coming to a crouch. He sniffed at the air, the dark alley he was now within and above at the same time, knowing he was now on the right trail. Blood was in the air and this place was close to the primary schools of the area, close enough for this Ghoul at least.
Yomi's white robe danced in the wind as he made the final jump to the ground, looking around carefully. The silver mask he wore also revealed his eyes, obviously, and showed the black where his whites would be and the red burning in the iris. He was angry. The anger fueled his search but also made him annoyingly hungry which in turn caused the cycler to grow his anger. He would enjoy tearing into this Ghoul's flesh. And the savoring bites and taste that would come with his retribution would be most satisfying. It almost scared Yomi how much he was willing to dip into this side of his Ghoul life seeing as he most often would run from a fight. But the world was changing.
With the CCG growing more and more powerful each day and the Ghouls running amok, noone to keep them in check Yomi knew that he had to step up and do this. He had to make it clear that this territory would not tolerate wanton slaughter of children. That was a line that had to be protected in order to keep the public from siding too far with the CCG. Sure, the public already wanted Ghouls dead, but kid killers were worse. And Yomi wouldn't let it go any farther. There were also perks of holding territory, but Yomi knew there would be more problems than perks. But this was a cause worth having and snacking on an unreasonable Ghoul was just another perk Yomi would have to live with. At this thought, while searching the alley, Yomi gave the smile at his lips permission to grow and show.

Looking over the streets Jack takes in a deep breath, catching the scent of fresh blood in the process. It's happening again, the Ghoul Known as Childless has just killed yet again, and as their nickname suggest it will be a child. Why are so many problematic ghouls popping up all over the place? First Sunshine now Childless, at least one of them has already been taken care of. They recently started killing in the 19th ward, the ward I belong, and when they caught wind of me targeting them they ran, so now I have to hunt them down and followed them all the way to the 21st Ward. Seems like the need for Jack to search any longer has came to an end, as the smell of fresh blood could only be from a child they killed, after all there was a school nearby. Moving toward the smell he traverses through some trees, using them as coverage to remain out of sight from the ghoul he is going after. Coming to the edge of the tree line he see's Childless, however, there seems to be an issue as not only one, but two identical looking ghouls wearing the same mask are standing near a bench over the body of a lifeless child. Anger begins boiling in the back of Jack's mind, even most ghouls understand hos despicable it is to kill and eat a child, and Jack is a ghoul who prefers not to kill any humans if at all possible, preferring to only hunt troublesome humans the same as he hunts problematic ghouls. How is there two? I could have sworn there was only one? Unless they've been using the fact their identical to get away from CCG, thoughts rushing through Jack's mind to find an answer didn't help to solve the problem at hand. One he was confident he could manage, but now that there's two, that confidence has faded quite a bit. Well, thanks to his Kagune it might be possible to fight both at first, however, the more time that passes means the more time they can start gaining the upper hand. With one word flashing in his mind, Screw it, Jack brings out his Kagune. Where he currently stands the distance between him and Childless 1 and Childless 2 is about twenty feet. It seems the terrain is working in his favor as well, the tree line curves around the bench the two ghouls are currently at until the curve meets a path in both directions. Sliding his Bikkaku around the trees Jack let's it shoot out of cover about ten feet from where he is, keeping the Kagune close to the ground. This strategy seems to work as they didn't notice the incoming attack. The Childless on the left is left untargeted while the one on the right has her right thigh impaled. {Both Childless Stat's and Traits} Physical Description: From what it looks like, both ghouls may be identical twins and seem to be females in their late forties to early fifties, this is hard to tell exactly while their faces are hidden behind a smiling mask that is split down the middle, one had white while the other is black. ![]()  ![]() Stats: For Both Personal Rank- B Kagune- Rinkaku (+Strength,-Speed) Strength- B Speed- A Aim- B Presence- B Resilience- B Potency- B Character Traits: Twin Telepathy (Minor)- While within 30 feet of someone who also has this trait both are able to speak with one another telepathically, thus increasing teamwork and intel gathering without giving away information to those that you might not want to have eavesdropping on the conversation. This can be used simply as a means to give and receive vital information that could be dangerous if someone overheard, or even allow a slight edge in battle by coordinating moves without letting the opponent know. Drawbacks- While this seems like a strong Trait there is always a way to counter it, the simplest way is by keeping both holders of the Trait farther than 30 feet from each other. For some strange reason the connection doesn't seem to be able to travel too far, so as long as they are far enough away from each other they might as well not have this trait. The other way to counter this trait is by killing or knocking one of the carriers of this trait unconscious. This telepathy is possible only if the users have a high RC count, the RC cells then act as Neurotransmitters that connect to the other user with this trait, treating the connection as if the have a connected mind. This means the trait can used by characters of all lineages other than Human, as humans do not have a high enough RC count. Kagune Traits: Prehensile (Minor)- A Weapon with this Trait is able to easily grab onto targets, as well as pick things up with ease. Kagune Description: Both of their two Kagune resemble red vines that are about 7 inches thick and have a reach of 10 feet. |

Yomi caught the scent of the Ghoul he was searching for, however it was odd as the scent seemed to have doubled, increasing his ability to find it with ease. He ran towards the park with forestry inside it's limits. He ran up the paved path to the forest letting his nose lead the way as he noticed the path becoming more narrow until finally becoming dirt and crossing into the territory of trees. When he reached this point he picked up on an unfamiliar scent along with what seemed to be now his two targets, the scent being heavily masked by the Childless Ghouls. Yomi groaned a little, beginning to think that perhaps this would be too challenging of a hunt to complete, but he needed to make it clear that this territory was his and so he wasn't backing down.
Yomi leapt into the air, landing on a small branch with ease and launching even further up and running and jumping along thicker branches higher up in the foliage of the trees, causing a few leaves to drop from these limbs as he made his way towards the target area. When Yomi finally reached where the smell was the strongest, he stopped and crouched on a thick branch, staring down at the two Ghouls that wore similar masks, one of black and one of white. They both stood hunched over a child, eating away and causing Yomi to grip the limb of the tree with his right hand, causing a cracking sound to occur.
Yomi could take no more, ignoring the third smell that was farther beyond the twins from himself while Yomi was a good fifteen feet away and twenty-five feet above them. This was his chance to make this right, to make sure that the child killing would end in his territory and then all the Ghouls would understand the position that they were in. They would be in Yomi's jungle and fall under his laws. As Yomi leapt forward and down, his kagune pooled on the small of his back, ripping through his pure white robe as his silver mask flashed in the light of the moon. His Rinkaku left tail would wrap loosely around his waist while the right one would strike downwards, attempting to slam through the head of Childless 1 and possibly stab through or atleast cut along the front of their face, damaging the mask if his aim wasn't accurate.
Whether he actually managed to fell Childless One with one blow or simply cause a C Class wound on their face, Yomi would land about three feet behind them, crouched and looking up and forward towards them through his mask. "Murdering children.... Now I prefer a good trick every once in a while," Yomi's voice up this point was quite whimsical with a faux-chuckle within the words. But then the note of his voice turned sour. "But such cruelties are left for the Sly Fox to deny you!" With that, Yomi would stand and growl, his mouth showing his teeth from his mouth and the large frown he wore in discontent. He would then launch himself, aiming to further cut Childless One and attempt to slam his shoulder into their back while attempting to take a bit out of the opposite side, aiming to have them into his bite so he could take a larger bite of their flesh.

The twins were in quite the pickle, Childless two was attacked by a Kagune that came out of nowhere, Childless one on the other hand was targeted by a different ghoul who was using a completely different Kagune. Unfortunately for Yomi, while Childless one didn't see his attack coming, her sister did thanks to a quick look up at a sudden noise. With a quick mental exchange Childless one was able to easily dodge the strike to the face without taking any damage. To make matters worse, because Childless one dodged she was able to see the Kagune coming from off to their left. Another mental exchange later and Childless two easily side stepped the incoming Kagune. Tch, this is already turning out to be a real pain, first there's two of them, then this random ghoul comes out of nowhere, then it seems they have some special way to communicate, this really is starting to suck. One mental rant later Jack again attempts to pierce through Childless two's left thigh, it looks as they aren't faster after all, so maybe if he pushes her he can eventual land a hit. Both Childless scream in unison, " It seems we have some company, to bad for you beating us together will be very challenging, especially after that lovely snack." This only made Jack angry, not only have they killed a child and eaten it, but now their bragging. What made this situation even more worrisome was the fact neither of the two Childless have let out their Kagune, so that begs the question, what type were they? Were they power types, or maybe speed types? Bikaku or Koukaku? {Both Childless Condition}Stamina: Childless 1 (20/20), Childless 2 (20/20)

Yomi groaned slightly as he saw his rinkaku tail slip passed the face of Childless One, seeing that it had managed to be spotted by Childless Two however that failed to explain how that would affect Childless One. Unless they were somehow communicating in some instantaneous non-verbal way, Yomi didn't see it being possible for them dodge so marvelously. And that's when he noticed that someone else was attacking Childless Two and had failed to also connect, at least at first. Yomi saw this other Ghoul's bikaku attempting a second attack to stab through the thigh of Childless Two and had a quick thought. Usually it was Yomi being backed into a corner, to either dodge or be hit, but this time Yomi saw an opprtunity to do the exact same thing to this Ghoul.
Yomi, as he landed, began to spin quickly into a pirouette, spinning on one foot so as two spin his tails, one within five feet of his body and the other extending in a large circle of ten feet. This would cause his tails to seemingly spin at two speeds and distances, making it very difficult to gauge them both at the same time. If not successfully dodged, both tails would hit both of the Childless Ghouls and would keep them distracted from the second attack from Jack if they dodged. Yomi hoped he would be easily conveying this idea to Jack, but there was no way to be sure, seeing as he didn't actually know him.
As Yomi spun about he would move slightly closer towards Childless Two, hopefully forcing more pressure onto the more targeted Ghoul and causing some space between the two Ghouls. They certainly seemed to enjoy ganging up on a target and making it more difficult against a weaker and smaller opponent, but this time Yomi wanted to make them feel that fear themselves. They deserved the pain that was coming to them and Yomi would enjoy seeing them suffer for this transgression in his territory. If all went according to plan they would suffer multiple C class wounds from his tails while also making himself harder to hit, moving at A class speed.

It looked as if everything was about to work in Jack's favor, as the newly appeared Ghoul begins to do a special spin, letting his Kagune whip about ten or so feet in front of him while doin so. This spin attack didn't manage to hit Childless two, even with Yomi moving towards her; Childless one on the other hand was not so fortunate, while she did manage to bring out her Kagune, showing her to be a Rinkaku type, she managed to block most of the attack, but still took some damage. Childless two kept just far enough away from the spinning attack, she however failed to see the single Bikaku coming from underneath Yomi's attack. This Bikaku that belonged to Jack found it's mark, the issue was it didn't pierce through like he hoped. The Bikaku broke through an inch into the thigh but suddenly stopped thanks to Childless two's Resilience. This deserved some thought so before an attack could be made on his Kagune Jack pulled it back to him. While Jack was bringing back his Kagune Childless two began chuckling, " You got a lucky hit on me and my sister, but something like this won't stop us, in fact you insured your death after damaging us." Only one thought ran through Jack's mind after this comment, Did she really just say we lose after hurting them? They've done nothing against us! He would soon wish to have never been thinking something like that. While Childless one did take some damage she only has a decent cut on her right arm and Kagune as she braced herself against the previous attack, she was rearing for some payback. Now that Childless one had her Kagune out she immediately lashed out with the other Kagune that was not used in the guard (as she has two Kagune that look like tentacles due to being a Rinkaku) against Yomi who was currently focused on her sister. Childless two on the other hand was watching Yomi and mentally talking with her sister in order to ensure the attack was remaining in Yomi's blind spot. Jack was watching this unfold, after bringing her Kagune out Childless one was slower than previously, slow enough in fact that Jack could actually try helping Yomi out. Jumping out from the tree line Jack stays about fifteen feet away from the rest of the Ghouls while raising his Kagune straight up to the maximum he could manage of thirty feet. With his Kagune that high up he would start to curve it and strike downward at childless one neck, hoping to do some serious damage with this attack. While doing so Jack would scream out to his potential partner in this incident, " The other is attacking you from behind." {Jack's Condition}Stamina: 20/20

Childless 0ne blocked this post taking B-Ranked damage to both her and her Kagune (Both are still alive/unbroken, Serrated also didn't cause bleeding due to the block not breaking). Due to Potency Rank B Childless one also managed to heal the damage on her own body.

Yomi growled slightly as he felt his attacks not entirely connect against his opponents bodies, the lack of blood flowing from them as a scent giving further credence to this truth. He twisted his body after finishing his spin, haunching into a four legged stance, both hands and face facing towards Childless Two as he moved his body closer to the ground. He knew that leaving his back to Childless One might be a mistake but he had to keep up the pressure. That's when he heard Jack's voice. "The other is attacking you from behind." 'Then why don't you do something about it...' Yomi thought to himself as he crouched, but instead he thought of something more interesting to do. Yomi listened carefully, focusing on the sounds around him and the scent of the blood coming from Childless One's wounds, and gauged the distance between them. Once he had a good idea, taking the moments carefully and with calculation, he sighed and launched himself backwards from Childless Two and towards Childless One. As he did, he pressed both of his tails together behind him, acting like a pair of scissors. The one on his left aimed low, about three feet off the ground while the one on his right aimed high, about five feet off the ground. Both would sweep across this area behind him in order to slice and cut through Childless One in a blind and very gambled attack. Yomi knew that leaving his back open was dangerous, but these two seemed to use their senses together in order to predict how someone might attack. However, it seemed that Yomi would have to take an unorthodox approach in order to land a very successful blow on them. He was waiting for what seemed to be the absolute perfect moment, even possibly allowing the weapons Childless One had as Kagune. Yomi could already feel his body growing heavy with all these attacks he was throwing at these two, but he needed to shut them down. And now, he knew he had to do it quickly. As he launched himself backwards, Yomi attempted to speak to the Ghoul he was currently allying himself with to stop these two from creating more horrors. "Stop just standing there and get in here!" He glanced towards Jack as he yelled, his silver mask flashing in the light of the moon overhead, his red eyes peeking out angrily at him. "I'm the Sly Fox by the way!" Yomi grinned a bit in his anger as he said this, still continuing his attack towards Childless One while keeping his back towards her. {Yomi's Condition}Wounds: 0

This was turning into a fierce battle, one Jack wasn't completely prepared for. Thankfully his current ally would prove to be the reason this fight goes in his favor. The damage each Childless had taken was already healed up, showing him just how fearsome these two actually were in battle. Nonetheless he pushed on, sending his Kagune down at Childless one who was currently in the middle of attacking the Sly Fox. This of course was easily spotted by Childless two who noticed the speeding Kagune racing towards their sibling. Quickly warning them mentally Childless one attempts to side step the attack while continuing their own. Thankfully Jacks prediction was spot on, now that Childless one had their Kagune out they moved slower. Slow enough in fact that his Kagune speared her in the right shoulder, close to her neck. Though plans weren't going as Childless one hoped her attack did cause her Kagune to meet Yomi's in a parry. In fact, to insure she wouldn't be hit from his attack she sent her other Kagune at him to parry his second attack. This doesn't stop the inevitable from happening. As both Ghouls clash with their Kagune, each will find one of their attacks got through to their target. Thus Yomi and the top most Kagune tendril of his will take a B rank wound, while the same will happen to Childless one. The difference, However, is major. Only Yomi is left standing over the corpse of Childless one who was neatly sliced in half from his lower attack. Childless two lets out a scream as she listens to her sisters last thoughts. Jack understanding this is his moment to start pushing her whips his Kagune at her, aiming to pierce the center of her chest. Seeing this coming she avoids it just barely, stepping to the side just in time for his Kagune to whiz past her left side. Raking the momentum she created Childless two plants her feet firmly into the ground before launching herself straight at Yomi. Taking her Kagune out in the process it will become very obvious her speed dropped. Aiming one vine like Kagune at each of them She lets out one more scream of rage before sending her Kagune forward at them. {Jack's Condition}Stamina: 20/20 {Both Childless' conditions} Childless one: Dead from a C Rank wound thanks to Jack and B Rank wound thanks to Yomi

As Yomi’s Kagune tore through the Childless’s body, dividing the halves from the waist connection, he yiped to himself as he felt the sting of his flesh being ripped into. The tail of the ghoul Yomi had ended tore through Yomi’s own Kagune. The tail had ripped through the top Rinkaku Kagune and bore into Yomi’s shoulder, leaving a gaping hole in both. Yomi kicked the upper half of Childless One’s body, pulling the Rinkaku Kagune from his body as he gasped in pain. The blood poured froth from the wounds in his body, making Yomi fall to one knee and clasp his left hand over the hole in his right shoulder. ‘This wound… Fuck…’ Yomi turned as he heard the other ghoul, Childless Two, scream out in pain for their sibling. This brought a smirk to Yomi’s lips beneath his silver mask, showing as the only feature to all around him. His teeth where still visible as he pulled his lips back in pain, but he enjoyed handing out pain to those who gave it out so easily. “Looks like you need to be brought together again. Two twins reunited in final moments… Allow me to help with that.” Yomi then used his uninjured Kagune to stab through the corpse head of Childless One, knocking off their mask and lifting their body’s upper half in the direction of the still living twin. This would be an obvious trap to someone who had a reasonable mind. But Yomi knew these weren’t reasonable minds in normal circumstances that he was dealing with. But now, in such terrible circumstances? He couldn’t believe he wasn’t seeing froth coming from the lips of the remaining enemy ghoul. As the Childless Two launched herself in Yomi’s direction she would find herself face to face with her sibling’s corpse. And directly after that Yomi would aim to stab her through the head and join the two siblings at the eye with his uninjured Rinkaku Kagune while aiming for the throat, aiming his injured Rinkaku Kagune to come up and under Childless One’s torso and in an upward diagonal through the neck of Childless Two. He would end both siblings with his own Kagune and feast on them the moment they were dead. If the attack connected through Childless Two’s neck, the wound would be a B Rank wound, the same if he connects his attack through the eye of the target. If both connected it would be two B rank Wounds the target’s body. {Yomi's Condition}Wounds: 1 B Rank Wound to Body
